Katoikeo keeps things minimal. We don’t create accounts, and anything you write in the reflective exercises stays on your own device. It’s never sent to us or stored.
Our commitment
The one thing we collect is your email address, and only if you choose to subscribe. It’s handled by Buttondown, the service that sends our letters. We email you first to confirm it’s really you, we never sell or share your address, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
