Care & boundaries

Reflection, with honest limits

Katoikeo may discuss self-perception, body image, family conflict, emotional wellness, and everyday practices that support mental health. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, present itself as therapy, or suggest that prayer replaces professional care.

If you need support

If something you read raises serious concern for your safety or wellbeing, seek support from a qualified local professional or a trusted person. If you may be in immediate danger, contact emergency or crisis assistance where you live. You are not responsible for fixing an unsafe situation alone.

Accessibility

We try to make Katoikeo easy for everyone to read and use — clear type, strong contrast, keyboard navigation, and gentle motion, on small phones and larger screens alike.

If something prevents you from reading or using the site, email hello@katoikeo.org. Please include the page and what you were trying to do; no medical or personal explanation is required.
