The name

To dwell. To make a home.

Katoikeo is drawn from a Greek word meaning “to dwell” or “make a home.” It is pronounced approximately kat-oy-KEH-oh.

Why it began

A quieter question

Katoikeo began with a question: what might happen if young adults were given a beautiful, honest place to slow down—without being sold a perfected life or pressured to perform spirituality?
